Emergency Hydraulic Repair — Fontana

Hydraulic failures rarely give warning — a cylinder lets go, a pump gives out, a drive motor stops, and the machine is finished until somebody fixes it. Emergency hydraulic repair runs 24 hours a day, every day of the year at our Fontana shop: cylinders rebuilt, pumps and motors serviced, and systems diagnosed, all with machining in-house, so an emergency repair is a genuine repair rather than a patch. Call (949) 400-2937, or reach us toll-free on (800) 821-3404.

The hydraulic emergencies we get called to

Cylinders that have blown or are leaking (put right by resealing, re-rodding or rebuilding on the rush path); main pumps that have failed; travel and drive motors that have died; control valves that have given up; and contamination events — the kind of failures that keep spreading damage while the machine keeps running. We triage first: halt the damage, document what failed, quote in writing, and then rebuild to our normal standard, just at emergency pace.

Behind the emergency line sits a full rebuild shop

Answering a phone at midnight is the easy part; what matters is what happens after it. Behind this rush line stands a complete hydraulic and machine shop — cylinders honed and re-rodded, pumps and motors rebuilt, components machined on site — so emergency work finishes with a tested machine instead of a temporary patch. Regular shop hours are Monday–Friday, 6 AM–5 PM; emergency service runs 24/7/365.

Questions customers ask us most

Is emergency hydraulic help genuinely there at night and on holidays?

Yes — the rush line is covered 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and that cover sits apart from the regular Monday–Friday, 6 AM–5 PM shop hours.

A cylinder has blown mid-job on my machine — what should I do?

Shut the machine down straight away to keep contamination from spreading, then call us. We will coordinate pick-up, document the failure, and give you a written quote for the rebuild.

Can a job done on a rush basis still be a complete rebuild?

Yes — rushing a job changes the timetable, never the standard. Components are still measured, rebuilt and pressure-tested exactly as usual.
