Rebuilding & Repairing Pumps

Our bench handles entire pump packages — the pump end itself plus its drives, controls and running gear — whether the unit works a construction site or sits inside a process plant. A typical job can run from strip-down and shaft or bearing renewal through seal and impeller replacement, precision alignment, machining and a final run test.

Rebuilding Water Pumps

If it moves water, we can rebuild it — dewatering sets, trash pumps, wellpoint units and centrifugal pumps — and we rebuild the diesel engines that drive them as well.

How every repair moves through our shop

Eight stages carry each job from the first phone call through to a proven component or machine back at work.

01

Collection

Where it applies, we arrange no-charge collection of your equipment or component.

02

Strip-down & assessment

We open the unit up and pin down exactly how and why it failed.

03

Photo & video record

We capture the condition and what we find on camera, so the repair discussion is grounded in evidence.

04

Written quote

You receive a defined scope of recommended work, priced before anything proceeds.

05

Go-ahead

Together we settle the scope, how urgent it is, and the most sensible route forward.

06

Machine & manufacture

Parts are machined, welded, rebuilt or reverse-engineered as the job demands.

07

Run testing

Operation and workmanship are proven on the bench before anything is released.

08

Return

The finished component or machine goes back to you, ready for service.

Questions we hear at the pump bench

Which kinds of pumps does the shop take on?

Vacuum pumps in liquid ring and rotary vane form, slurry and dewatering units, hose pumps, twin-screw designs and hydraulic pumps — all rebuilt and run-tested under our own roof.

Are pumps tested once the work is done?

Absolutely. A pump is never released untested — proving it runs correctly is a built-in stage of every job, not an extra.

My pump's parts are no longer made. Can it still be rebuilt?

Very often it can — the machine shop makes fresh shafts and brings obsolete components back to working condition.

Is emergency pump work available?

It is — around the clock, on every day of the year, aimed at the breakdowns that halt production.

Broken down right now? Ring the round-the-clock rush line.
