Case study 01Komatsu wheel loader
Out on a job site, this Komatsu loader sat idle with a hydraulic cylinder that had failed. Within 12 hours the cylinder had been completely rebuilt, and by the next day the customer was working again. Work like this is the reason we keep deep in-house stock of steel and seal kits.
Case study 02Cat 305 mini excavator
This Cat 305 showed up dead. The Caterpillar dealer had quoted $20,000 for the repair and had parts stuck on backorder. Two weeks later the machine was operating again — and the bill came in 50% under that dealer quote.
Case study 03Terex T340 crane truck
This Terex T340 40-ton crane truck went down where it sat on the job site. On a 10-day rush we rebuilt and reconditioned the DEF system, rebuilt several hydraulic cylinders, fitted new crane cables, machined a brand-new rotary gear right here in the shop, carried out a complete rebuild of the 6.7L Cummins diesel engine, and sorted out the electrical system. The crane then earned its certification and passed both smog and DOT inspection.
